|Intermediate Landscape Architect|
If I were a tree I would be a ponderosa pine because they are resilient, monolithic and so strong they can survive a nuclear blast. They also stand tall on mountain tops - one thing we have in common.
Inspired by conceptual art and keeping up with the latest trends, Mike brings a fresh perspective and imaginative attitude to the Ground Cubed team.
He received his diploma in Landscape Architectural Technology from NAIT in 2007, and went on to complete his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Idaho in 2009. With four years experience working on local Alberta projects, Mike’s recent accomplishments include his winning WLAM poster published in Landscape | Paysage Summer 2012 Issue, Bear Street Woonerf Design Competition Finalist, Banff, AB; Borden Park Community Center Design Competition Finalist, Edmonton, AB; and a Public Art Installation in Moscow, ID.
