If I were a tree, I’d be a Camperdown elm. This species is close to my heart as it is featured prominently on the historic campus of the University of Idaho where I received my formal education and further developed my passion for landscape architecture. I also have a high tolerance for windy climates, much like the Camperdown elm.
Wade is a diverse designer, often involved in various stages of design from early conceptual design through to detail design development and construction management.
He obtained his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (Honors) from the University of Idaho and has been employed in the landscape architectural, land use planning and golf course design professions for the last fourteen years. He has contributed in an urban design capacity to the communities of Cristallina Nera, Riverside, Ville Giroux in Edmonton and St. Albert. His golf course design experience includes co-designing Copper Point Golf Course (Windermere, BC), Coyote Creek Golf Course (Sundre, BC) and the newly completed Blue Devil Golf Course (Calgary, AB) which has recently been nominated as “Best New Golf Course in Canada” by SCOREGolf magazine.
