Tessa is a problem solver at heart, and loves the thrill of tackling new challenges, especially when it comes to enhancing the everyday lives of people through city planning and design. Her capacity to engage user groups, community members, and both private and public stakeholders makes her a key asset to the planning team. Her understanding of economic drivers and long term financial planning initiatives and models allow her to design for today, as well as tomorrow.
