Wade Horrocks

Principal | Landscape Architect, Golf Course Architect

Wade possesses a unique and broad-based skill set based on his 25 years experience in the Golf Course Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Land Use Planning professions. This experience includes several award-winning projects across Western Canada—ranging from large-scale resort development to golf course master planning and renovation projects.

Wade’s professional career began with positions in golf course agronomy and construction management during the development of the Silvertip Resort, Stewart Creek Golf Club, and TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley. Following his extraordinary passion for golf course architecture, he later joined Browning Horrocks Golf Design where his co-designs included the Copper Point Golf Course – Ridge and Point courses, Coyote Creek Golf Course, Priddis Greens Golf & Country Club – Hawk expansion, and Blue Devil Golf Course, which was nominated as “Best New Golf Course in Canada” by SCOREGolf magazine.

In 2013, Wade joined ground cubed as Director, Golf and Recreation Design. Recent project experience includes a 36-hole greens renovation project for the Priddis Greens Golf & Country Club, and an 18-hole renovation of the McCall Lake Golf Course.
